We understand that being detained in hospital can be a stressful and challenging time for individuals and their families. Here at Redford Robertson, we can assist you or those close to you should you or they be detained under the Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.
Adult’s with Incapacity
If someone close to you has recently lost capacity as a result of illness or accident or alternatively a child who lacks capacity is approaching adulthood, we can provide advice and assist you to make an application to court for a Guardianship Order.
